Paul Adam Pangrac

Paul Adam Pangrac, age 71, passed away on July 20, 2026, in Akron, Ohio.

He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Adam and Janine (Mathewson) Pangrac.

Paul proudly served his country in the United States Army. Following his military service, he spent many years traveling and working throughout the United States in the construction industry. A skilled craftsman, he specialized in masonry, carpentry, and home remodeling. Independent by nature, Paul often described life on his own terms, but everything changed when he came to Medina, Ohio, where he met Debbie Forrester and became a cherished member of her family.

Paul was known for his willingness to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. His generosity, strong work ethic, and kind heart left a lasting impression on the many friends he made while working alongside family and neighbors on countless home projects. He especially enjoyed working with Dave Campbell and Jacob Forrester, helping with the many needs and projects that brought everyone together. One of Paul's greatest joys was passing along his knowledge and teaching his trade to others, ensuring his craftsmanship would live on through those he mentored.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his brother Robert Pangrac, and his son Christopher Blahnik.

He leaves behind his Ohio family: Debbie Forrester; her children, Hollie, Don, and Sheila; grandson, Jacob; Dave Campbell; and his uncle and aunt, Lee and Trudy Mathewson of Spencer, Ohio, along with many dear friends whose lives were enriched by his kindness and generosity.

He is survived by his daughters Mindy (Ty) Robertson, Kimberley Harrison (Kenny), and Patricia Gowe (Keven); grandchildren Seth and Eli (Christine) Jones, Devon and Dylan Harrison, Bralynne and Gianni; and step-grandchildren Keven, Tristen, and Olivia; great-grandchildren Marik, Colter and Nolan Jones, and Ember Harrison; brother Matthew (Gay) Pangrac; and nephew Matthew George Morris.

Paul will be remembered for his quiet strength, his skilled hands, his generous spirit, and the friendships he built wherever life took him. It was truly a blessing to know him.
