Peter J. Neura, age 81, passed away on Monday, January 16, 2023. He was born June 3, 1941, in Cleveland, Ohio to Theodore P. and Malvina Neura. Peter attended Brunswick High School where he was a prominent football player. Along with his brothers, he was an entrepreneur and co-owner of an excavating company. Peter was an avid boater, camper and a fishing enthusiast. Above all, Peter greatly loved his family heritage and the family farm.

Left to celebrate Peter's life is his beloved partner, Linda; his loving children, Peter (Heather) Neura, Anita (Doug) Cardwell, Ruthanne Orrick, Theodore W. (Kelly) Neura, and Janice (Jack) Fisk; his 13 cherished grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; his sisters, Ruth (George) Carroll, Aqua (Mike) Witkowski, and Irene (Larry) Witner; brother-in-law, Jim Pontikos; and many extended family members and friends. Peter is preceded in death by 6 siblings and his parents.

There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am on Saturday, January 28, 2023, at St. Martin of Tours at 1800 Station Road, Valley City, OH 44280, with a luncheon to follow at the church.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made in dedication to Peter J. Neura to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 ~or~ St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church.
