Phyllis L. Starr (nee Binder), beloved wife for 48 years of the late Michael; devoted mother of Kimberly Starr (David Terenzio) and Kristina (Michael) Holthouse and loving grandmother of Alex and Anna. Passed away peacefully August 31, 2023 at the age of 75.
Private graveside services will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brook Park.
