Randy Blake Bing, age 66, of Medina, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2015. Randy was born May 5, 1948 in Athens, OH. He worked for International Salt Mines for many years. Randy graduated from Columbia High School, attended Ohio University and Lorain County Community College. He enjoyed football, basketball, baseball, and especially pitching no hitters at CHS. Randy traveled extensively, visiting every state in the continental United States, and was an avid outdoorsmen and hunter.

He is survived by his mother Dolores (Raymond) Bing Zelinsky (Green) of Columbia Station; brother Richard W. Bing of N. Ridgeville; sister Sherril (Ken) Rundle of Medina; step-sisters Brenda Browske of N. Eaton, Diane Shimo of Lorain, and Karen Brianas of Valley City; beloved companion for many years Betty Heeter of West Salem; nephews Corey Bing and Kenny B. Rundle; nieces Amy Rundle and Jackie (Atilla) Bing Ciszar; and aunt Phyllis (Bud) Bing Sanders of Wooster.

Randy is preceded in death by his father Wilford Bing; and step-brother David Zelinsky.

Services will be held Friday, April 24, 11:00 AM, at the Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina. Pastors John Lurtz and Jerry Roth will officiate. Private burial will be held at Columbia Station Cemetery. Family will receive friends Thursday from 5-7:00 PM, and one hour prior to services on Friday at the funeral home.
