Richard Keith Landman, Sr., age 74 of Solon, passed away peacefully August 16, 2025, at home from complications from cancer- with his wife of 36 years, Karol, by his side.  He was born on February 28,1951 in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, to the late Michael and Elsie (McConnell) Landman.

Richard worked for many years at Nestle (Stouffers) in Solon and was also self-employed in various endeavors.  His love of woodworking can be seen on display everywhere you turn and he was proud of his yard and garden, especially his vegetables and berries.  Richard was always willing to teach the children these skills.  Over the years he loved the companionship of his many rescue dogs.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 36 years, Karol Jane (Maistros) Landman; daughters Renee, Richelle and Raelene Landman; son Richard K. Landman, Jr. (Laurie); four step-children Tracy Plank (Steven), Karrie Bila (Lewis), James Hager (Meghan) and Nancy DeCarlo (Andy); 21 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren- with another great grandchild to be born in December.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter Rhonda Landman; brothers Ronald and Robert Landman; and his sisters Kathryn Manzo, Carolyn Wooten and Jacqueline Persod.

The family will receive friends from 10-11:00 am, Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Medina Bible Church, 787 Lafayette Rd., Building D, Medina, OH 44256 (Behind Williams-on-the-Lake). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 11:00 am, Saturday, at the church. He will be laid to rest in a private ceremony at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Solon.
