Richard E. Ousley, age 89, passed away on December 7, 2023. He was born to the late Richard J. and Lillian I. Ousley on May 18, 1934, in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin. Richard proudly served his country in the U.S. Army, headquarters seventh army, G-2 section, in Germany. He had a great love for nature, the outdoors, and tennis, which he shared with his best friend.

Richard is survived by his two sons, Steven Ousley and David Ousley; his five grandchildren, Jennifer, Joshua, Joey, Jonathan, and Jaime; his sisters, Joyce and Shirley (Rose). He was preceded by his parents; his brother, Lloyd Ousley; his grandson, Jason; and his best friend, Emmarita Schaefer.

There will be a private family graveside at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery at a later date.
