Robert Louis Sorg, 88, of Berea, passed away January 10, 2022.

He was born in Medina on September 24, 1933 to the late George and Elva (Perkins) Sorg.

Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Army and had retired from NASA. He enjoyed woodworking and had completed multiple renovations on the family home.

Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Clarice (Joan); children, Roberta (Richard) Phillips and Ronald Sorg; grandson, Nicholas (Sarah) Sorg; and great-granddaughter, Evelyn Sorg.

Preceding him in death were his siblings, Marge Brinker, John, George, Ralph, James, Keneth, Lenard, Lawrence, and Harry Sorg.

Visitation is 4-8 p.m., Friday, January 14, 2022, at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina, where funeral services will take place at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, January 15 ^th . Interment at Spring Grove Cemetery, Medina.
