Robert "Bob" Waybright Sr., 82, passed away April 7, 2022.  A longtime resident of Medina, Bob was born June 10, 1939 in Elkins, WV to late parents, Mose Waybright and Zelma (Hamrick) Waybright.  He grew up in Valley Head, WV and graduated from Tygart Valley High School.  In 1959, Bob enlisted in the U.S. Army and served proudly for 3 years as a heavy equipment repairman with the Quartermaster Corps.  Following his military service, he worked as a die sinker at Alcoa in Cleveland, where he retired after many years.  Bob enjoyed visiting family and friends in West Virginia, going to classic car shows, and breakfast get-togethers with his many friends.

Bob is survived by his children, Vera Pirl (Erwin), Lisa Greenlee (Mark Malinski) and Robert Waybright Jr.; grandchildren, Joey Pirl, Sarah Greenlee, Izzey Pirl (Sean Donovan), and Autumn Greenlee; siblings, Luther Waybright, Donald Waybright (Fran), and William Waybright (Marilyn); and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, Bob is preceded in death by his spouse of 43 years, Nancy (Hegedis) Waybright; sister, Jean Ware (Lyle); and sister-in-law, Patti Waybright.

A memorial celebration of Bob's life will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at Waite & Son Funeral Homes, 765 N.
