Robert C. Whitehead, age 83, passed away July 1, 2022. He was born August 24, 1938, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Clarence and Francis (nee Kral) Whitehead.

Robert worked as an iron worker at Sharon Ornamental Iron and Mull Iron, retiring after more than 35 years. He was known by family and friends as "MacGyver" for his ability to fix anything. He also served as a volunteer firefighter in his hometown of Hinckley. Robert was a hard worker who took great pride in maintaining his home and yard.

Robert's memory will be cherished by his wife of nearly 60 years, Carol (nee Zenk); his son, Todd (Wendy); grandsons, Colin and Jacob; cousins, Bonnie, Darryl, and Sharon; niece and nephew, Denise and Bryan; and many close friends and family.
