Ronald Joseph Miller

Ronald Joseph Miller, age 81, passed away peacefully in Medina, Ohio, on August 8, 2026. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Leonard and Helen Miller.

Ronald worked as a mail carrier for 42 years, dedicating much of his life to serving his community. He was a talented handyman who enjoyed working on cars and taking on home repair projects. He was always willing to share his knowledge and skills with family and friends, and there was rarely a repair he wasn’t willing to tackle.

Above all, Ronald cherished his time with his grandchildren. Some of his fondest moments were spent riding tractors with them and gathering around the computer for online shopping. His family will remember him for his helpful nature, his willingness to lend a hand, and the love and time he gave so generously to those around him.

Ronald is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Cathy (nee Spurrier); his sons, Jonathan (Beth) and Jeremy (Alicia Hornbeck); his grandchildren, Estelle, William, and Nora Miller, Timmy, Triston, Tyler, and Bryce Hornbeck; as well as nieces, nephews, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Helen Miller; his granddaughter, Sophia Miller; and his brothers, Gary and Charles.

Ronald will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery in a private family service.
