Roselyn Ann Murray (née Armintrout), age 90, of Medina, was welcomed into Heaven on Thursday, May 14, 2026. She was born on September 2, 1935, in Warren, to the late Addison and Suzanna Armintrout.
Roselyn was a woman of strong faith who faithfully taught Sunday School for many years. She was a member of Brunswick Reformed Church for over 50 years, also serving as an elder. She was an avid reader and talented cross-stitcher who lovingly created Christmas stockings for her family, an amazing seamstress, Roselyn enjoyed making clothing for her children and grandchildren. She also loved puzzles, singing, and cooking wonderful meals for family gatherings and holidays. Family vacations and opportunities to see the ocean brought her great joy. Above all else, Roselyn treasured spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were the center of her heart.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, Robert Murray; her parents; and her siblings, Francis, Jerry, Richard, Barbara, and Elizabeth.
Roselyn leaves behind her loving children, Donald (Shirley) Murray of Roseville, C.A., David (fiancé Holly) Murray of Lakewood, Douglas (Pamela) Murray of Sharon Township, Cynthia (Jeff) Toom of Brunswick, and Darren Murray of Akron; cherished grandchildren Kevin, Zachary (Adrienne), Christine, Mackenzie (Brandon), Miranda (Alex), Jared, Max, Reagan, and Arisa; and great-grandchildren Jackson, Wesley, Andrew, Darren, and Liam, along with many nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Friday, May 22, 2026, from 12:00 to 2:00 PM, with the funeral service immediately following at 2:00 PM at Brunswick Reformed Church, 3535 Grafton Road, Brunswick, Ohio. Pastor Dan Toot will officiate.
Interment will take place alongside her husband at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Brunswick Reformed Church in care of Roselyn Murray.
