Rosemary Koenig, age 94, of Medina, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2024. She was born to the late Jack and Pauline (Rosebaum) Mickna on March 10, 1930. Rosemary worked as a cafeteria worker for 30 years before she retired. She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren very much. In her free time, she enjoyed playing pinochle and going to the beach.

Rosemary is survived by her children, Richard Koenig (Fran) and Brenda Eckert (Ray); her grandchildren, Lisa Lewarchick (Tom), Stacy Ollom (Nate), Katherine Koenig (Chris Smith), and Carolyn Koenig; and her great grandchildren, Morgan Whitam, Kelsen Lewarchick, Jack Lewarchick, and Mikey Lewarchick. She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Richard E. Koenig; her parents; and her brother, Clarence Mickna.

Private family service was held at the Waite Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina, OH 44256.   Rosemary was laid to rest alongside her husband at Spring Grove Cemetery in Medina, Ohio.
