Rosemary S. Stapf, age 96, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, June 19, 2025. She was born on February 10, 1929, in Ironton, Ohio, to the late Emory and Rose Schmidt. Rosemary is survived by her beloved children Phillip (Pam) Stapf and Amy (Douglas) Morgan; treasured grandchildren Rosalind (Eric) Watson, Angie (Ralph) Rescina, Katie (Andrew) Blodgett, Sarah (Michael) Bratt, Phillip (Lindsey Stine) Morgan, Nikki (Philip) Georgia; great-grandchildren Ethan and Gavin Watson, Adrianna and Domenico Rescina, Henry Blodgett, Charlotte, Caroline and Celia Bratt, Leyna and Lydia Stine, Meg and Ben Georgia; cherished nieces Cindy Koerper, Cindy Hay, and Katie Berg; great-nephews Evan and Bradley Berg and great-niece Lydia Berg.

Rosemary is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 64 years Fred, sister Jean (Bob) Dean, and her brother Charles Schmidt.

Rosemary was a proud member of Seville Presbyterian Church for 38 years. She enjoyed her time traveling with Fred in their motorhome. Most importantly, Rosemary put her family first and foremost and loved to spend time with her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, from 4-7pm at Waite Funeral Home in Medina. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at Woodland Cemetery, 824 Lorain St., Ironton, OH 45638, at 1:30pm. Please meet to line up at the entrance of the cemetery.
