Scott John DeWerth, 53, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 26, 2026. He was born on November 27, 1972.

Scott took great pride in living in the country, where he found comfort in the simple things in life. He enjoyed shooting guns, reading books about history, and spending time with the people he loved most—his family.

Some of Scott’s most cherished memories were the adventures he shared with his parents, Nancy Carol DeWerth (Michaels) and Jack John DeWerth. He loved going antique hunting with them, exploring new places, and enjoying the wonderful food of Amish Country. These special moments, filled with laughter, love, and togetherness, will forever be treasured.

Above all, Scott loved his family deeply. Though he faced struggles throughout his life, his love for those closest to him remained. After a long and difficult journey, Scott is finally at rest, reunited with his beloved parents, and at peace.

He leaves behind his loving sister, Georgiann, who will forever carry his memory in her heart. And friends and family.

Scott will be remembered with love, missed beyond words, and held close in the memories of those who knew him. May he rest peacefully in the arms of his parents, surrounded by the love that never ends.
