Susan Elizabeth Harper, 54, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, with family by her side. Susie was born June 1, 1970, in Cleveland, Ohio to Tom and Nancy (Boehmer) Busser. Susie loved to cook and enjoyed taking care of her family. She enjoyed casino trips and sitting outside in her "hut" listening to music and drinking a cold one. It was rare to walk into the Harper house and not leave with a full belly.

She is survived by her husband, Doug; her sons Douglas Jr., Thomas, and her fur baby, Harley; her brothers, Mickey (Jill), Mark, and John (Barb); her sister; Donna (Ken); and her two nieces, Kayla and Andie- "her girls"; along with many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Nancy; and her brothers, Tony and Jerry.

Susie will especially be remembered for her fiery spirit, infectious laugh, and incredible strength.

No service will be held per Susie's request. She wanted everyone to celebrate her life and would often say she wanted "cheers and no tears". A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
