Susanne M. (Kushner) Andolsen, 78, passed away February 22, 2026. Born July 29, 1947, in Cleveland, Ohio, Sue was the daughter of the late John Peter and Katherine (Fedorko) Kushner. She married the love of her life, Lowell Andolsen, in 1970, and they were married for 55 years until his passing in October 2025.

Sue began her long career as a trainee accountant at Container Port in Cleveland, followed by many years in the prestigious accounting firm of Saunders, Stivers & Company in Terminal Tower in downtown Cleveland. Prior to her retirement in 2014, she worked as Office Manager & Payroll Specialist for TransCon Builders in Bedford Heights.

Sue loved to cook, bake, and entertain. She began making pierogies with her mom and aunts at Christmastime, and she carried on the tradition for many years with her cousins and niece. She and Lowell also enjoyed throwing unique parties each year for her family and friends.

For many years, Sue and Lowell were active members of their parish, St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Brunswick, Ohio, where they attended and participated in many church events together. They also shared a love of travel and cherished weekend getaways to Amish country in Ohio, Pittsburgh, and Michigan. One of Sue and Lowe's most memorable trips was to London, England, and their favorite "trip of a lifetime" was a dream trip to Hawaii.

Sue's memory will be cherished by her brother, Dan (Dee) Kushner; nieces and nephew, Danielle Kushner, Ruth Andolsen, and Daniel Andolsen; and great-nieces and great-nephews, Martin DiCicco, Anne DiCicco, James Pannell, Brooke Andolsen, and Jack Andolsen. She will also be deeply missed by many cousins. On the Kushner side of the family, her memory will live on with Sharon, Kathy, Dale, Janice, Connie, George, David, and Fr. George; and on the Andolsen side of the family, she leaves behind fond memories with Carol, Anthony, Judy, Jan, John, Joyce, JoAnn, and Mary Jane.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 12:00 pm on Monday, March 2, 2026, St. Ambrose Catholic Parish, 929 Pearl Road, Brunswick, Ohio. Sue will be laid to rest with her beloved husband, Lowell, at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Cemetery, 1800 Station Road, Valley City, Ohio.
