Theresa M. Grayshaw, 58, passed away Sunday, July 16, 2017. She was born in Toledo on February 12, 1959, to Albert and Wilma (Sowle) Smolko. Theresa was a prep cook and worked for various restaurants around Medina. She enjoyed journaling and loved each and every moment spent with her grandchildren. Theresa was caring. She would, without hesitation, stop to talk with anyone and everyone. She loved to talk about life.

Theresa is survived by her loving children Christina (Jerry) Knicely; Josh (Chrissy) Grayshaw; grandchildren Tyler Polson, Katlyn Grayshaw, Michelle Knicely, Chloe, Colton, Caralynn Grayshaw as well as siblings Matthew (Mieko) Smolko, Sheryl (Mike) Egut, Carol (Craig) Stower, Jim (Allyson) Smolko, and Jeff (Amy) Smolko.

She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her daughter, Michelle Grayshaw.

A memorial service for Theresa will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Friday, July 21,2017 at Waite and Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina, Ohio 44256. A memorial visitation will be held prior to the service from 4:00 – 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
