Thomas E. Nagel (Tommy)

Beloved son, brother and uncle passed away unexpectedly on June 12, 2025, at the age of 62. The son of James (deceased) and Caroline Nagel (nee Urban), Tommy was born November 2, 1962, in Lakewood, Ohio.

Tommy was a quiet, reserved, and caring person, always willing to help anyone in need. He was a jack of all trades, working in many fields during his life. Most recently he worked with flooring and carpet companies. He had a reputation of being a hard worker doing any task needed.

Tommy's favorite pastime was fishing and having a cold beer. He enjoyed sharing his knowledge with his nieces and nephews, even recommending they read the dictionary. He enjoyed watching True Crime shows, Unsolved Mysteries, Westerns and old TV shows.

Tommy is survived by his mother Carol and siblings, Ann Estremera, Eileen Hadacek (Fred deceased), Joan (John) Arnold, James (Veronica deceased) Nagel, John (Marilyn) Nagel, Susan (Thomas) Davis, Theresa (George) Anthony, Alice (James) Nowosielski and Joseph (Gretchen) Nagel. Many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and great friends. Tommy will be missed.

The family will welcome guests from 5:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at Waite Funeral Home, 3300 Center Road, Brunswick, Ohio. A funeral service will take place at 10:00 am at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. Tommy will be laid to rest at Eastlawn Memory Gardens in Brunswick.
