Thomas Gerard Roth, age 72, passed away on January 6, 2026, surrounded by his family. Tom was born May 27, 1953, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late John and Jane (Sparks) Roth.

A devoted husband and father, Tom was married to his beloved wife, Deborah (Guzel) Roth, for 51 years. Family was the center of Tom's life and nothing was more important than time spent together. He was easygoing, generous, kind, and always put others above himself. One of his most cherished traditions was family dinner every night - a time when everyone came together to talk, laugh, and reconnect. These nightly dinners were a cornerstone of family life for Tom, Debbie, and their children.

Tom loved spending time outdoors and hosting family get togethers. Bonfires, barbecues, and gatherings at his home with family and friends were very common.  He treasured making memories with his family. Friday night pizza, listening to music, summer trips to amusement parks, and exploring nature at Hinckley Reservation were a few of his favorite things.  Above all, Tom was a loving, supportive husband and father. He provided for and took great pride in his family. Hardworking and dedicated, he had a career at Ford Motor Co. spanning more than 30 years.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah (Guzel) Roth; his children, Ann Marie (Jason) Saksa, Thomas (Jennifer) Roth, Theresa (Fred) Krakora, and Jennifer (Joshua) Dolansky; his beloved grandchildren, Scott, Jordan, Eric, Morgan, Samantha, and Ariana; and his sisters, Mary Ann and Grace. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, John and Michael.

The family will welcome guests from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Waite Funeral Home, 3300 Center Road, Brunswick, Ohio.  A Mass of Christian Burial  will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, January 16, 2026, at St. Ambrose Catholic Parish, 929 Pearl Road, Brunswick, Ohio.
