Thomas J. Smallwood, 82, passed away September 27, 2025. He was born March 13, 1943, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Cyril B. and Anna (Rossman) Smallwood.

Thomas is survived by his daughters, Gail (Jon) Mink, Patricia Smallwood, and Diane (Brian) Robbins; grandchildren, Allison (Jay) Abel, Danielle (Mike) Zura, Kara Robbins, and Zachary (Jaime) Robbins; and great-grandson, Brayden. He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings.
