Victoria Ann Carter, born on January 14, 1987, in Garfield Heights, was called to rest at the age of 37, on July 17, 2024, in Medina, Ohio. Victoria was an exceptional mother, accomplished insurance agent and a published author, celebrated for her profound contributions both professionally and personally.

Victoria graduated from Walsh University with two BA degrees in Management and Marketing. This is where she honed her skills and knowledge that later paved the way for her successful career. Known for her big heart, infectious laugh and kindness, she touched the lives of many with her compassionate nature and dedication to her work.

She was a loving mother and is survived by her children, Anthony Woodyard, Christopher Woodyard, and Kylie Kemp. Victoria's memory will also be cherished by her Mother, Barbara Carter; Siblings; Rachael Hall, April Thornton, Lucas Carter, and Michael Carter; Grandmother; Zora Persuric. She was a wonderful aunt, niece, cousin and friend to many.

A private viewing for family members will be held. A Celebration of Life on Monday August 5th, 3-7pm at Redwing Reserved Picnic Area. Located off West Drive in Hinckley Reservation, off Bellus Road between Route 606 and State Road in Hinckley Township. An enclosed shelter is included.
