William Henry Wallen (Bill), born on May 24, 1954, went to be with the Lord October 30, 2026. He was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather and brother, and a cherished friend to many.

Bill's memory will be cherished by his loving wife of 53 years, Dovetta (Janie); his daughter, Tina Sustaric (Matt); his granddaughters, Sadie Sustaric (Hunter) and Halie Sustaric; his brother, John Wallen (Elaine); his sister, Barb Kammerer; and many extended family members, including his church family.

Bill's goal in life was to make Heaven his home. He was a Deacon and song leader at Unity Free Will Baptist Church and always had a song in his heart. He loved spending time with his family and neighbors, especially on his front porch.

Bill was known for his love for his church and faith. He was a patient man who we could always count on. His happiest moments were when he was in church and with his family.

Though our hearts are heavy with sadness, we find comfort in knowing that this is not goodbye forever. We hold on to the promise that we will see him again someday. Until then, his love, laughter, and memories will live on in our hearts.

He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

The family will welcome guests from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm on Friday, November 6, 2026, at Waite Funeral Home, 3300 Center Road, Brunswick. A graveside service will immediately follow visitation at Eastlawn Memory Gardens, 2869 Grafton Road, Brunswick.
