Mary Louise Music, age 93, after completing God's special plan for her, has at long last taken her place alongside the love of her life, Edgar Clark Music. Mary was born in Fairchance, Pennsylvania, to Thomas and Louise M. (Barnosky) Batta on October 4, 1922. She was married to Edgar Clark Music of May 22, 1948, widowed at age 43, Mary faced raising her and Edgar's children, with tireless love, she never gave up and raised her children with love and compassion.
Mary has touched many people with her gentleness, love, and kindness, many of which call her Mom and Grama, or Grammie.
Blessed to have her as their mother are Sara L. (Joseph) Pavlovicz of Seville, Edward A. (Rosanna) Music of Cape Coral, Florida, Christopher T. (Darlene) Music of Medina, and step-daughters Marilyn (James- dec.) Myers of Clearwater, Florida, and Patricia (John) Kall of Broadview Heights, and E.C. Music of West Virginia. Mary was also a loving grandmother to eight and great-grandmother to thirteen, the joys of her life.
Preceded in death by husband Edgar Music, brothers Paul and Thomas Batta, sisters Ann Karel, and Margaret Herbert.
Friends and family may celebrate her life at 10 A.M. on Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at Our Lady Help of Christians Parish, Jesus Emmanuel, 60 High St., Seville, OH 44273. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery will follow. The family will receive friends from 4-8 P.M. on Tuesday, May 10, at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina.
