Sally A. Thuener, 78, of Medina, passed away August 21, 2023.

She was born in Medina on May 8, 1945 to Herman and Lola (Wills) Gerber.

Survivors include her children, Mike (Sarah Griffin) Godin, Matt (Jennifer) Heilman, and Michelle Heilman; grandchildren, Rachel, Annie, Kamyia (Derek) Wilkinson, Courtney, Cameryn, Chase, Tyler, Paige, Chloe, Riley, and Courtney; great-grandchildren, Peyton, Rozlyn, Ramzee; siblings, Edna and Hermie (Scoop); and her best friends, Carol and Judy.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Arthur Thuener; and siblings, Gene, Pete and Gladys.

Sally loved her life and will always be remembered as the life of the party. She was obsessed with her grandchildren, and enjoyed planting flowers, her dogs, and shopping. She also enjoyed spending time at home with her animals, Bella, Simmy, and Boo Boo, watching her favorite TV shows, Yellowstone and 90 Day Fiance.

Visitation is 2-6 p.m., Saturday, September 2, 2023, at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina, where a Memorial Service will take place at 6 p.m.
