Tye David Miezejewski, age 12, passed away on May 26, 2024, in Akron, Ohio surrounded by his loving family. Tye was born on October 18, 2011, in Medina, Ohio, to parents Nick Miezejewski and Megan McDonald. His all too short life was packed full of a million memories. Affectionately called "Mini Hulk" by his family he loved to SMASH, disassemble, and test the breaking point of many things. He was a Lego fanatic, he loved superheroes, and enjoyed both singing and drawing. (Tye was gifted with great artistic ability and his creations will be cherished in the family) Tye attended Black River Middle School and played on the Ruggles-Troy Little league baseball team. He was quick to make friends, had a great sense of humor and was kind and loving. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Left to mourn his loss are his father and 'mother', Nick & Marissa Miezejewski; mother, Megan McDonald; grandparents, David & Joyce Miezejewski and Patrick McDonald and Lisa Bilinski; siblings, Tristin Miezejewski, Josh, and Bella McDonald; his aunts, Nicole Goble and Natalie  & Dylan Byard; his cousins, Lily & Joey, Paige, Corvin, Alec, Shay and many others; 2nd cousin, Jet; his best friend, Mason; and a lifetime of collected friends.

Tye joined his cousin, Cody Barton; and his great grandparents, Kenneth & Virginia Goble in heaven.

A special thank you from the family goes out to the doctors, nurses and staff of Akron's Childrens Hospital along with the first responders for their compassionate care of Tye.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, June 6, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at MAG Church, 830 Lafayette Rd, Medina, OH 44256.  Tye's Celebration of Life will be held at MAG Church, 830 Lafayette Rd, Medina, OH 44256 on Friday, June 7, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Adam Allen and Associate Pastor Aaron Klaehn officiating. Tye will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery in Lodi, Ohio immediately after the Celebration of Life Service. Flowers for the visitation/service should be sent to the church on Thursday. Thank you.
