Wilma Lee Cotone, 71, passed away January 14, 2023. She was born July 10, 1951, in Wadsworth, Ohio, to the late Melvin and Mary Mildred (nee Pelfrey) See. Wilma was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandson, Jacob, were her world. She was affectionately known as "Silly Willy" for her love of jokes and ability to make everyone laugh. She was kindhearted and always saw the good in everyone. When she wasn't spending time with her family, she enjoyed word searches and solitaire.

Wilma's memory will be cherished by all who knew her, especially her children, Stacy (Gerald) Peters, Michael Cotone (Izzi), and Angela Cotone (Jim); her grandchildren, Hollie, Austin, Morgan, Anthony, Ryan, Jolene, and Charlee; her adored great-grandson, Jacob; her siblings, Monte (Rhonda) See and Vicki Lowry; and her sister-in-law, Deb See. She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Mary See; her sister, Debra Bolan; and her brother, Clint See.

The family will welcome guests from 4:00 to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 3300 Center Road, Brunswick. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home at 10:00 am on Thursday, January 19, 2023. Wilma will be laid to rest at Rittman Cemetery, 14300 DeCourcey Road, Rittman.
